Ms Chua Wee Lee graduated from the National University of Singapore with a LLB (Honours) degree and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in March 1986.

Wee Lee has had nearly 20 years experience in handling non-contentious legal work. Her areas of specialisation include conveyancing and real property, both residential and commercial, having acted for developers and financial institutions. with a specialised knowledge in property for institutional use by charities, churches, para-church organizations, non-profit organisations and societies. Wee Lee is well versed with both the title and planning law issues relating to institutional and religious use of real property. 

She has had significant experience on issues relating to religious trust and constitutional issues pertaining to registered societies.

Wee Lee also handles estate planning and trusts matters ranging from wills and tax planning to probates and administration of trust estates both for local and overseas clients where cross borders issues are involved.

She also acts as counsel for educational and charitable/ religious institutional clients and with the support of her colleagues, services all the commercial, general and in-house requirements of such clients made possible by the broad spectrum of skills of the lawyers in Goodwins.

Wee Lee is also proficient in spoken and written Mandarin. She is also Teochew-speaking. She has conducted seminars and talks for private clients in estate planning and wills matters and family law.
