Ms Pauline H Y ANG graduated from the University of Singapore with a LLB (Honours) Degree and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in January 1977. Pauline ANG is also a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.

Pauline’s primary area of practice is Corporate Law and corporate regulatory compliance. Pauline has developed a considerable portfolio of church and para-church organisation clientele and advises them on their regulatory compliance issues. She acts as company secretary for numerous companies, and is an independent director for a SESDAQ listed company. Pauline also handles immigration, employment pass and work permit issues on behalf of her numerous clients.

Pauline is fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) and speaks other dialects such as Teochew, Hokkien and Cantonese. Pauline has advised many Chinese speaking clients and businessmen on commercial matters.

Pauline has long standing interest in Christian music. She is a member of the Hallelujah Oratorio Society, Honorary Secretary of the International Christian Choral Conductor Society and Pianist at Singapore Life (Presbyterian) Church. Pauline is also a Member of the Advisory Council of Peacehaven Nursing Home of The Salvation Army.
