Mr Wilson Tan graduated with an LLB (Hons) Degree from the National University of Singapore. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
With over 20 years of experience majoring in Commercial and Family litigation, Wilson has been involved in a wide variety of matters ranging from construction matters, tenancy and lease issues, insolvency matters pertaining to bankruptcy and winding up proceedings, including applications for appointment of private liquidators. An experienced litigator, Wilson has appeared as counsel in the State Courts and the High Court, as well as being called upon to act as arbitrator and mediator in a range of matters.
Wilson’s other areas of expertise cover applications for appointment of deputies in mental capacity proceedings, handling probate and administration work, as well as criminal matters. Wilson has also been invited to teach at seminars and night classes on construction law, wills and lasting powers of attorney.
