Our Electronic Transaction & Electronic Government Practice is spearheaded by our Chairman, Dr Toh See Kiat. Dr Toh is actively involved in local and international eCommerce organizations. Dr Toh has been involved in legislation drafting, having drafted legislation for several jurisdictions, including Vietnam, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Singapore. An accomplished academic, Dr Toh takes a keen interest in promoting education and laws in Internet use, E-Commerce, data privacy, e-government and IT law issues and is up to date on the latest developments in these fields.
