Real Estate & Conveyancing Practice
Our Real Estate & Conveyancing Practice is experienced in loan structuring and restructuring, residential and commercial property development, joint development ventures, and retail sales and purchases, title and planning law issues, having represented developers, property owners and most of the financial institutions in Singapore.
Goodwins is on the panel lawyers of the Central Provident Fund Board (“CPF Board”) assisting the Board in its various housing schemes. Our lawyers are actively involved in the application for the use of CPF monies as well as the refund of individuals’ CPF monies used for real estate purchase under the Board’s various schemes. We are therefore able to offer one-stop services to clients, thus reducing time and costs for all parties concerned.
We have a niche practice with a specialised knowledge in property for institutional use by charities, churches, para-church organisations, non-profit organisations and societies, acting for educational and charitable/ religious institutional clients, and we are well versed with both the title and planning law issues relating to institutional and religious use of real property.
Our lawyers keep abreast of the latest developments in the property market and are constantly upgrading to effectively meet the changing needs of our clients.
