Our Mediation & Arbitration Practice includes practitioners who have significant experience in these areas. Our lawyers are not only qualified Arbitrators and Mediators in Singapore but also in the United Kingdom.
If Arbitration is the choice of ADR process then Goodwins’ lawyers are able to act as counsel in an arbitration or as the arbitrator. Some of our lawyers have been appointed to the panel of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (‘SIAC’) and they are recognised for their expertise in Commercial and Corporate, Construction law, E-commerce, Intellectual Technology and Intellectual Property Law disputes.
When a client prefers mediation, Goodwins is able to offer experienced lawyers as Mediation Advocates who, being trained mediators themselves are able to use the mediation process efficiently.
The mediators at Goodwins have been accredited to various panels including the Singapore Mediation Centre.
Apart from arbitration and mediation, our lawyers are conversant with ADR processes and are ready and willing to work with clients to use any of the other ADR processes.
