Ms FOO Yuk Lin graduated with an LLB (Hons) Degree from the National University of Singapore. She is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore as well as a Commissioner for Oaths.
With over 34 years of active litigation practice in the Singapore courts, Yuk Lin has handled numerous cases covering the fields of contract, tort, commercial law, family law & probate, construction law and arbitration. Her cases have been reported regularly in the Singapore Law Reports.
Presently, Yuk Lin specialises in motor/personal injury litigation as well as civil litigation. Her other areas of expertise cover non-marine insurance matters such as fidelity guarantees, performance bonds, fire polices, public liability policies, and all-risks policies.
