Official Launch of Professional Services Welcome Pack

Goodwins Law Corporation is proud to be invited to be featured in the Professional Services Welcome Pack, which was officially launched during the 15th Singapore-Jiangsu Cooperation Council (SJCC) Meeting on 15 November 2021. Organised by the Law Society of Singapore and Enterprise Singapore, the Professional Services Welcome Pack highlights Singapore’s Professional Services’ expertise and present it to the rest of the world. The Welcome Pack also serves to internationalise Chinese companies setting up in Singapore as well as in the Southeast Asia region.

Officially launched in 2007, the SJCC aims to promote multi-faceted cooperation between Singapore and Jiangsu Province, ranging from economic, tourism to education exchanges. Council Representatives comprise government officials and businesses from Singapore and Jiangsu. At present, Ms Indranee Rajah (Minister in Prime Minister’s office and Second Minister for Finance and Education) and Mr Wu Zhenglong (Jiangsu Governor) are Co-Chairmen of the Council. Dr Koh Poh Koon (Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry) and Mr Guo Yuanqiang (Jiangsu Vice Governor) are the Vice Co-Chairmen of SJCC.

Held annually, the SJCC is a platform to facilitate the growth of economic, trade, cultural and people-to-people ties between Singapore and Jiangsu. Through the use of this platform, Singapore companies will get updated on new policy developments and business opportunities in Jiangsu and vice versa.
